The unfortunate fact of life is that the people most likely to be pedophiles and other nastiness… are family members. However, I do like the general idea. Though I’m in favor of 30 minutes with the victims’ advocates. That way you also eliminate the need for the ER.

You made so many good points and I would be guarding that door for the family members to take out their feelings on the perp too. What a “failure to communicate” to quote some Cool Hand Luke dialog.

So sad that the educational system is letting the students and their parents run the school. We are already reaping what has been sown…..just look at the lack of quality control in our products, the way things “fall through the cracks”, the ease of breaking into the computer systems and stealing SS numbers, credit card numbers, finances, IDs…..it’s frightening.

Even more frightening is that the people who really want to make our world better…like you…are slapped around by a few rude and nasty and ignorant and unworthy members of society.

I hope you can find a career that makes you happier….this one is obviously driving you crazy….and that’s not a good thing at all.

I can top that. 2 minutes, a baseball bat, and a smile. I would even prefer to wear the mirrored sunglasses that the “Boss” wore in Cool Hand Luke. Stupid bastards… that’s what they deserve…

It was unbelievably fantastic… I didn’t get sick from the food (though my stomach did bother me after the rice pie one student made… she must’ve used whole cream or milk in it… we had TOO much food…and fed random students, administrators, professors… and even the much-maligned tutoring office.

L’empress… I’d hate to burst your bubble… however, there is still xenophobia with anything that has to do with someone with an Arabic name (at least as long as they are our most identifiable “enemy”).

I’m thinking that since he is a psychiatrist that either he was able to mask the symptoms or he had his facilities and was plotting this all along.

I can’t explain why people snap… nor do I want to be in the way when they do.
