Is that bad? heh... I haven't ridden my bike in um... a LONG time. My kids, on the other hand, have helmets because they ride their bikes more than I would/do. That's how I started with the walking around my apartment complex until I worked up to getting on the treadmill. You LOST over 50 pounds? WOW! That's impressive. A family bike ride sounds fun. I wish I owned a bike. I can imagine what my hair would look like after wearing a helmet tho! MAJOR hat head when you have a *fro*. hehehehe. GOOD for you, I am so proud of you.
